Our Story
Ember & Vine began as a side project between two event production managers who kept getting asked to also handle the design.
Our first wedding where we ran both design and production start to finish — the template for every event since.
A referral from a wedding client's company brought us our first brand activation — now close to half our calendar.
The Team
What We Hold To
The person who designs your run of show is the same person holding the clipboard on the day. No handoffs.
If it isn't on the run of show, it doesn't happen on the day — including the parts that are supposed to look spontaneous.
We don't keep the run of show as an internal document. You get the same one we're working from.
